Our beaches in Wilderness are very popular with the local and holiday fisherman. Many hours are spent trying to hook that big one! Often caught here in front of Dolphin Dunes guesthouse are Cob, Shad and Mussel Cracker.For those new to preparing freshly caught cob, here is a fabulous recipe, given to us by a good friend and avid fisherman, Max:
Clean and fillet your fish
lightly brush your fillets with olive oil, roll in flower which has been lightly flavoured with herbs, salt and pepper, fry in olive oil and serve immediatedly.
